TOPIC: Who Are You?
SCRIPTURE: But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 1 Peter 2:9.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The ignorance of who you are is one reason why the devil confronts you despite your heritage and identity in God.
Many years ago, slave trade was a lucrative trade in Africa. People were taken out of Africa and sold as slaves to slave masters in some western countries.
It is very important to understand that one of the most important assets of anyone on earth is the understanding of their true identity. Knowing who you are is critical to life. And one of the worst forms of ignorance on earth is the ignorance of who you are.
You see, the devil does not care about who you are as long as you are not aware of who you are. If you are a lion and you think you are a sheep, the devil would treat you like a sheep. The ignorance of who you are is one reason why the devil confronts you despite your heritage and identity in God.
Beloved, you are a king and not a slave. Refuse to exist with the mentality of a slave.
REMEMBER THIS: The ignorance of who you are is one reason why the devil confronts you despite your heritage and identity in God.
